Cancelled Travel - Air Ticket Exchanges:
You may exchange qualifying non-refundable scheduled air tickets for travel within one year of original ticketing date.
You Qualify for Airline Ticket Exchange If You Answer "Yes" To The Following Questions
Have you booked and subsequently cancelled a non-refundable scheduled air vacation package using Air Tran, Alaska, America West, American, ATA, Continental, Delta, Frontier or Spirit Airlines?
Do you wish to rebook a scheduled air vacation package using the same air carrier?
Have your passenger names remained unchanged from the original reservation?
Did you cancel your reservation before the scheduled departure date?
Is your new departure within one year of the original reservation?
Canceling Existing Reservations
Original reservations may be cancelled through our Call Center (800) 360-7111, without having to select a new departure date at the time of cancellation.
Rebooking/Exchanging Airline Tickets
Rebook your new vacation package through our call center (800) 360-7111. Inform them that you are exchanging the airline tickets from your original reservation. To expedite this process, have your original reservation information readily available.
Reticketing Fees
Customers are responsible for airline reticketing fees and any increase in the cost of the new vacation. Airline tickets costing less than the value of the original ticket are ineligible for refunds.
